 Appliances All units feature stainless steel kitchen appliances.  We are proud to offer ceramic top stoves which offer a clean modern look and easy to clean.  Our refrigerators feature built in ice makers.
 Flooring The units feature tile kitchens, baths and entries.  The bedrooms and living rooms are carpeted.
 Wiring All units feature CAT-5 wiring throughout the bedrooms, lofts and living areas.  This offers residents access to the free cable & internet service throughout the unit.  In addition, the living rooms are pre-wired for surround sound for the premium gaming and movie viewing.
 Utilities Tenants will pay their own water and electric bills.  Residents will need to contact the city of Austin Energy (512-494-9400) within 7 days of move-in to establish electric service.  Water service has already been established and a bill will be sent to the unit each month.  Cable TV, internet service and trash are paid by the owner.
